The Dashboard is the main hub of Freelo. It brings together all the tasks and subtasks assigned to you, so you can see what you need to work on today without having to click through project after project. You can check off tasks, filter them, and track your time right on the main page.

Filters and Time Measurement
You jump from project to project to see what’s on your plate today. The dashboard collects all your tasks and subtasks across projects and filters them by” ”” and”Assigned to me””, so you know right away what you’re working on as soon as you open Freelo.
Lots of deadlines, even more priorities... Click on the star to move your most important tasks to ”My Task Priorities” and drag them to arrange them exactly in the order you want to work on them. For example, whatever is at the top is what you tackle first.
Who has what in progress, what’s overdue, and how much time has already been used up? The dashboard shows you the tasks you’ve assigned to others, report summaries, and recent activity across all projects—all in one place.
”The Dashboard is your command center. Instead of hunting for tasks in individual projects or keeping track of them in your head, just click on the house icon and you’ll immediately know what’s yours, what’s urgent, and what to focus on right now.”
You don't have to manage a team to have work pouring in from all sides. Start your day on the Dashboard using the filter ”Assigned to me”. There, you'll find all your tasks from various projects, and you'll know exactly where to start right away. The foundation of every workday.
Do you need to know who’s working on what and what’s urgent? You can filter tasks by due date, tasks without an assignee, and work you’ve assigned to others, and see how much time has been spent on each. This way, you have an overview of the entire team without having to check in with each person individually.
You don't want to deal with every little task, but you want to stay in the loop? The dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view across all your projects—what's urgent, how much time and money is going where, and what's approaching its deadline. The big picture on a single screen, without micromanagement.
The " ”" filter, "”," lists all tasks and subtasks assigned to you across all projects. They are sorted by due date and to-do lists, so you can easily see what needs to be done by when and whether you're on track.

On the Dashboard, you can immediately see the importance of all tasks—based on their due dates and the color of the exclamation mark. Tasks that need to be completed as soon as possible are automatically moved to the top, and the exclamation mark indicates their urgency (low, medium, high). Simply mark important tasks you need to keep an eye on with a star.

You can filter tasks by project, assignee, due date, status, labels, and priority, and save them as custom filters that you can then switch between. The views for overdue tasks, tasks without an assignee, or tasks without a due date are particularly useful. Each filter also remembers its display format: rows, Kanban, or table.

The Dashboard is Freelo’s home page, which brings together the most important information from various sources in one place. Instead of clicking through individual projects, to-do lists, tasks, and subtasks, you can see a summary at a glance. In project management tools, including Freelo, the dashboard displays your tasks, deadlines, and work status across projects.
The Dashboard displays your tasks from all the projects you're working on. Here's how it works:
Essentially, these are three names for the same thing. ”Nástěnka” is the Czech translation, ”dashboard” is the established English term, and ”přehled” describes its purpose. In Freelo, the Dashboard refers to the home screen with the house icon, which brings together tasks and overviews across all projects.
The project dashboard in Freelo is designed so you don't have to keep track of your work in your head or click through individual projects. It brings together tasks, deadlines, priorities, and reports in one place, so:
The Dashboard is Freelo’s home page, which serves as a bulletin board for summary information about tasks across projects. Here, you can see tasks assigned to you, tasks assigned to others, and tasks you’ve created, along with overviews of time spent and recent activity. It’s designed to keep all your work in one place.
Click the house icon in the upper-left corner from anywhere in Freelo. The dashboard also remembers your most recently used filters, so you'll always return to where you left off.
Yes. That's the main purpose of the Dashboard. It groups subtasks across all the projects you have access to. The default filter, " ”" "Assigned to me"”, lists all your tasks in a single list, and other filters can show, for example, tasks you've assigned to others.
Set your filter parameters (projects, assignees, due date, status, tags, or priority), click ”Save as New Filter”, and name it. You’ll then find your saved filters next to the default ones and can switch between them with a single click. Detailed instructions are available in our help section.
Yes. On the Dashboard, there’s also a blue bar at the top where you can click the arrow icon at any time to start timing. That bar appears everywhere in Freelo, so you can start the stopwatch from anywhere, including the Dashboard.
Yes. Freelo has native apps for both iOS and Android, so you have your task list, priorities, and time tracking right at your fingertips even when you're on the go.
