DO YOU KNOW?

When your tasks are spread across multiple projects

01

”I have to go through each project one by one to figure out what to work on”

You jump from project to project to see what’s on your plate today. The dashboard collects all your tasks and subtasks across projects and filters them by” ”” and”Assigned to me””, so you know right away what you’re working on as soon as you open Freelo.

02

”I don't know where to start or what's most important right now”

Lots of deadlines, even more priorities... Click on the star to move your most important tasks to ”My Task Priorities” and drag them to arrange them exactly in the order you want to work on them. For example, whatever is at the top is what you tackle first.

03

”As a manager, I don't have a clear picture of who is working on what”

Who has what in progress, what’s overdue, and how much time has already been used up? The dashboard shows you the tasks you’ve assigned to others, report summaries, and recent activity across all projects—all in one place.

Kateřina, Freelo Customer Support

”The Dashboard is your command center. Instead of hunting for tasks in individual projects or keeping track of them in your head, just click on the house icon and you’ll immediately know what’s yours, what’s urgent, and what to focus on right now.”

Dashboard in Freelo

The Dashboard is Freelo’s home page. You can access it by clicking the house icon in the top-left corner—from anywhere in the app. It serves as a bulletin board for summary information about subtasks and tasks across projects. You can see what’s assigned to you, what you’ve assigned to others, and what you’ve created. From here, you can edit tasks, track time on them, or mark them as complete without having to click through to the details.
FOR ANYONE WHO DOESN'T WANT TO GET SWAMPED IN PROJECTS

Dashboard: Keep Your Work Under Control

01

Anyone who manages their own tasks

You don't have to manage a team to have work pouring in from all sides. Start your day on the Dashboard using the filter ”Assigned to me”. There, you'll find all your tasks from various projects, and you'll know exactly where to start right away. The foundation of every workday.

02

Team Leaders and Project Managers

Do you need to know who’s working on what and what’s urgent? You can filter tasks by due date, tasks without an assignee, and work you’ve assigned to others, and see how much time has been spent on each. This way, you have an overview of the entire team without having to check in with each person individually.

03

Company Owners and Executives

You don't want to deal with every little task, but you want to stay in the loop? The dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view across all your projects—what's urgent, how much time and money is going where, and what's approaching its deadline. The big picture on a single screen, without micromanagement.

WORK ACROSS PROJECTS

All the tasks you're responsible for, in one list

The " ”" filter, "”," lists all tasks and subtasks assigned to you across all projects. They are sorted by due date and to-do lists, so you can easily see what needs to be done by when and whether you're on track.

PRIORITIES

You'll recognize important tasks right away

On the Dashboard, you can immediately see the importance of all tasks—based on their due dates and the color of the exclamation mark. Tasks that need to be completed as soon as possible are automatically moved to the top, and the exclamation mark indicates their urgency (low, medium, high). Simply mark important tasks you need to keep an eye on with a star.

FILTERS AND VIEWS

Filter your tasks once, and then just switch between them

You can filter tasks by project, assignee, due date, status, labels, and priority, and save them as custom filters that you can then switch between. The views for overdue tasks, tasks without an assignee, or tasks without a due date are particularly useful. Each filter also remembers its display format: rows, Kanban, or table.
