What can you look forward to?

At the beginning you will get to know all the nooks and crannies of Freelo and we will educate you in project management, so you will be able to be 100% supportive for clients.
You will be involved in building sales strategy and other sales channels.
Your main responsibility will be acquiring new B2B clients, mostly through phone calls and online consultations.
Don’t worry – it’s not about endless cold calls. We’ve got plenty of qualified leads, and you’ll just need to prioritise which ones to tackle first.
You'll be able to tailor the sales system to your needs. Got an idea to improve it? You’ll have the freedom to make it happen.
You’ll help create sales content such as...
- blog - sales-oriented articles written by a copywriter in consultation with you,
- Videos - record instructional videos when you want.
- or participate in the creation of additional content that will help you sell.
Have full support from the founders.

High and achievable commissions, plus a fixed salary ranging from 35,000 to 42,000 CZK.
With bonuses, your total compensation will start at 50,000 CZK and is expected to reach around 100,000 CZK.
100% inbound leads – customers who have already shown interest in working with us.

You have B2B sales experience: at least 1 year of experience selling software solutions, ideally in an online consulting environment, over the phone, or in the field.
We expect you to understand the SaaS environment (Software-as-a-Service) and if project management is your thing, you're the perfect candidate for us.
You know what CRM is and have experience with it, you are consistent in your entries and you can organize your time well.
Just as important to us as ethical consultancy sales is our culture and well-being at work, where everyone works hard, no one gets carried away and we pull together as a team.
You are easy-going, but you also treat customers professionally and with respect.
You definitely need to be flexible and take new situations as challenges and not as obstacles.
You like to work efficiently and productively.
You are from Pardubice or nearby, or you are willing to commute to the office 2/3 days a week at least at the beginning of our cooperation.
