Back Office manager

We need you

• You are very good at using a computer (typing, googling, emailing, ...). You will be given a company macbook and an iPhone and these will be your main work tools that you must be able to use (or quickly learn to use) with agility.
• You enjoyed taking care of the Freelo crew.
• You were highly flexible and could even make time outside regular hours or on weekends. This was mainly for conferences, barbecues or offline meetups that we either attend or organise.
• Basic accounting knowledge and eagerness to learn.
• They were a positive and cheerful person with a zest for work.
• Motivated to constantly improve things.
• They like people and communication with them in any form.
• They were thorough and caring.
• You were based in Pardubice or nearby or commuting wasn’t an issue for you.
• Comfortable reading and writing English at B2 level or higher.

In this position, you will be

• The right hand for the management of the company.
• Assist with onboarding new colleagues.
• Help organize meetups.
• Assist with HR agenda e.g. communication with bidders, selection of suppliers, preparation of contracts for signing etc.
• Work with online documents (Google apps), our Freelo, do kashrus and various administrative support work.
• Having a free hand to come up with and implement ideas that will improve the crew's day.
• Devise and organise joint activities and teambuilding.
• Solve a simple accounting agenda (we'll show you everything).
• Answering emails and making phone calls.
• Keep the kitchen full of goodies (order fruit, coffee, tea, ...).
• Ordering and thinking up gifts for the birthday boy or girl.
• Pick up what the courier brings.
• Order things in e-shops.
• Collaborate with a great team that enjoys work.
• Have full support from the founders.

• 💰 Reward 30.000 - 40.000 CZK. The amount is decided with each individual, according to knowledge, experience and results.
• ⏰ You can work remotely from time to time after you've worked.
• 💰 In addition to the salary there are 2 times a year bonuses depending on how the product is doing.
