Product Manager for B2B SaaS

What awaits you

• 20 % Discussion with current/potential Freela users: You need to understand the problems and thinking of our customers so that you can co-determine how to improve the product for their benefit.
• 10-15 % Data and information analysis: you are familiar with spreadsheets, you are able to find important information and insights in data, you know the basics of statistics and understand its contribution to this position.
• 25-30 % Questionnaire work and research: analysis of what features will have real business value and align with the product vision.
• 40% Inter-team communication: communication with management, UX/design, developers, marketing, sales, support in the sense of alignment of all departments - so that we are all pulling in the same direction.

Work activities

• You categorise and critically analyse feedback: you find out if it is correctly classified, what problems it solves, how many users it helps and what its business potential is.
• You share product information across the company: You ensure that all important changes and news are known in a timely manner by the entire company across departments - this is essential so they can do their jobs well too.
• You're making decisions about positions at Freelo: You analyze feedback, set and test hypotheses, and conduct quantitative and qualitative research. You know good and bad UX.
• You keep an eye on the product direction: you keep a watch on the product vision, identify competitive threats and opportunities.
• You think in terms of benefits for users: you separate use-cases and solutions to the problems that the feature solves.
• You're validating Freela's current functions: Are you evaluating their benefits for the target groups. You propose changes based on data analysis and in line with the product vision.
• You follow Support/Sales Consultations: you gain a deeper understanding of the product and the needs of the target group.
• You prioritize the roadmap: you evaluate the requirements for new features and decide what can't/won't be implemented in terms of business benefit.
• Moving forward: you are gradually learning to be independent under the guidance of the captains who now manage the product development. We want to take product management to the next level ourselves, so together we'll also find a suitable senior mentor from this area who you'll meet with regularly and, as a result, improve in all aspects of the role.

• 💰 Reward 50.000 - 100.000 CZK. The amount is decided with each individual, according to knowledge, experience and results.
