We imagine that...

• You have experience in the B2B sector and understand its specifics.
• You have worked in a similar SaaS position for at least 2 years and have a perfect understanding of ARPU, MRR, CLTV, etc.
• It is a great advantage if you have experience in foreign expansion, in which you have actively participated from your position.
• You've led a team of at least a few people.
• You are familiar with and have actively used project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Basecamp, etc. - Freelo is their direct competitor.
• You can evaluate each project or campaign to see if it was meaningful. You can deepen the working activities and quickly identify and terminate the dysfunctional ones.
• You understand the marketing mix and know how to use it.
• Not only do you know what inbound and outbound marketing are, but you know how to practice them.
• You are able to evaluate data from Google Analytics and internal CRM and read it for important information for strategic and tactical marketing decisions.
• You have a perfect command of English.

You will be in this position

• Responsible for top marketing metrics - visits, conversions, retentions .
• Invent new ways (and optimize existing ones) to bring in more relevant leads.
• Collaborate in the allocation of work to the marketing team
• Evaluate, report and optimize.
• Do product marketing - attract new and existing users to the benefits of using Freelo
• Think about the marketing use of the content (e.g.: blog, templates, podcast, help, videos, ...). Or invent new content (newsletters, e-books, ...).
• Develop a marketing strategy and bring it to life.
• Have full support from the founders.

Remuneration, time, place

• We discuss the remuneration with each individual, based on their knowledge, experience, and results.
• On top of the salary, we add a financial incentive paid twice a year, which is directly linked to how the product performs.
• Part-time, Full-time by arrangement.
• You will work in offices in the center of Pardubice with easy parking. Around the corner is a pool, gym, or park .
• We prefer in-house with partial home-office, but remote is also possible depending on the agreement and the specific situation.
