Freelo Customer Care Specialist

What awaits you

• Communication with Freelo users via chat, email, phone, and online meetings.
• After onboarding and moving forward, you'll be leading webinars (partially pre-recorded) and online/offline training sessions.
• Your first task will be to get to know Freelo and its features inside out (we have detailed help and an internal wiki with procedures).
• You will be involved in editing and creating help articles according to Freela updates and developments in Czech and English.
• All of Freelo is about streamlining teams, companies, processes, and project management. These topics should be close to your heart.
• You will help and advise current and new Freelo users.
• Room to continually develop and learn new things that will advance your career.
• You will be entering information into our CRM, working closely with colleagues in the Sales Department, taking care of major clients and improving their knowledge of Freelo functions and solving their problems from a project management perspective.
• It will be a great advantage if you enjoy making instructional videos to help show clients how to solve a problem in Freelo or introduce newly released features.

• 💰 Compensation of CZK 40,000 + ~CZK 4,000 - 11,000 performance-based component for consulted time.
• 🏠 Partial home-office is possible by appointment and after working. We are not looking for someone only for remote.
• 💰 In addition to the salary there are 2 times a year bonuses depending on how the product is doing.
