- Not afraid of AI - on the contrary, actively using it or ready to work with it and learn how to effectively incorporate it into their work.
- has an overlap into marketing - can prepare an e-mailing, help with a landing page or get involved in the preparation of a campaign.
- is organizationally capable - knows how to organize work, completes tasks, does not get lost in open threads.
- is close to topics such as efficiency, people management, company culture, team training and process management.
- is interested in digital products and has a desire to break into the B2B SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) environment - it doesn't matter if they don't have it down yet, what matters is curiosity and willingness to learn.
- has a keen eye for results and the impact of his/her work on the business.
- can read and write English without problems at least at B2 level.
- is from Pardubice or its surroundings - or he/she doesn't mind commuting and being with us offline.

In this position you will...
- Improve the text on the website, in the app and in all our communication - towards current and future users.
- Always something to do. You definitely won't be bored - sometimes you'll write a retention email, other times you'll be preparing copy for a new landing page, a Facebook ad or a performance PPC ad. And there's plenty of room for you to write really good content articles, too.
- To be in charge:
- blog - writing articles on topics such as efficiency, people management and leadership, home-office, company culture, customer support, team training, process management or business economics.
- newsletter for 100 000+ subscribers - preparing news, content and striving for the best open rate.
- case studies - arranging and implementing content with our great clients.
- podcast - participating in the preparation of questions for interesting guests.
- help - working with the support team to improve the help.
- videos - coming up with scripts for important videos (if you enjoy it).
- Use our friendly and direct tone of voice - complete with the nautical lingo that’s part of our culture.
- Support our social media presence - on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Join a great team that truly enjoys what they do.
- Take an active role in marketing - brainstorm campaigns, collaborate on key deliverables, and occasionally jump in where help is most needed.
- Enjoy the freedom to come up with and implement ideas that will advance our content or improve communication.
