Form Maker allows you to create a form, link it to your Freelo account via an API key, and collect responses that are automatically saved as tasks in the selected project. By creating a form, you agree to the following terms:
Who is responsible for what
The form is yours - and with it comes responsibility for the data you collect through it. You decide what you ask, who you send the form to, and what you do with the answers. In GDPR parlance, you are the data controller. That means it's up to you to provide a legal reason for collecting the data, tell people what you're doing with their data, and meet your other obligations as a data controller.
Freelo is in the role of a processor - we just store the received data and deliver it as a task to your project.
What we expect from you
- On the form, you include a link to your privacy policy (or otherwise inform respondents about how you handle data).
- You will protect the API key as a password - don't share it with anyone and regenerate it if you suspect misuse.
- You will not use the form to send spam, phishing, collect data without consent or do anything that violates the law.
What we guarantee (and what we don't)
We provide Form Maker ”as-is" (as-is). We do our best to ensure its reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for the content or legality of the data that passes through the form.
If we find that a form violates these terms or the law, we have the right to deactivate it.
When you cancel your Freelo account
Once you cancel your account, the form will stop accepting responses. Data that has already been saved as tasks is governed by Freelo's standard terms and conditions.
